A Day in the Life of Hope Toler Dougherty

November 3rd, 2017

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a writer? Hope Toler Dougherty joins us today to give a glimpse into her world! Be sure to checkout Hope’s latest release, Rescued Hearts. Children’s clothing designer Mary Wade Kimball’s soft spot for animals leads to a hostage situation when she spots a briar-entangled kitten in front of an abandoned house. Discovering the kidnapped woman ratchets the complications for undercover agent Brett Davis. Brett forsakes his three-month mission and helps her escape, the bent-on-revenge brutes following behind . . . and then Mary Wade’s safety is threatened once more.

A typical Tuesday begins with my quiet time and an email to my four children and husband.

Here’s a picture of scripture cards I copied to energize my praise time.

Tuesday is also the day I send real notes. I had a lot of correspondence to write on this particular day.

I also mailed four packages and three books. I love real mail!

Tuesday is Story Time at our little library. I take the pictures for our Facebook page.

After my busy morning, I finally can work on some guest blog posts.

When I need to take a break, I like to ride my bike.

Dinner on this night is Greek Mini Meatloaves stuffed with feta cheese.
