Patricia at It's Time To Read Mamaw This story is about sorrow, love, regrets, anticipation and forgiveness. It will make you cry, laugh and probably make you angry in some parts. There will also be celebrations of life and death. But most of all there is very much love, hope and faith in God.

Cafe Lily Book Reviews Interesting.
Beckie at By The Book Beyond Molasses Creek is first and foremost a wonderful story. Beautifully written, its setting and characters immediately pull you in. It is a novel of things lost and found that will keep you thinking long after the covers have been closed.

Brenda at WV Stitcher Well developed characters.
Sharon's Garden of Book Reviews This is a thoughtful and beautiful novel, meant to be savored and mulled over. I feel privileged to have read it and I highly recommend it.
Renee at Black 'n Gold Girl's Book Spot I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty gut-wrenching and covered a lot from interracial relationships, death, single motherhood in the '70s to child labor.
Tammi at Our Homeschooling Pilgrimage I thought Nicole’s descriptions were very good and I could see the scenes and the people within the pages.

Tracye at A Heart Poured Out In “Beyond Molasses Creek” Nicole Seitz has done a masterful job of writing artfully! From the very first page, I was pulled in. I can not really tell you exactly what it is about her style… I simply connected with it and did not want to be away from it for very long.
Theresa at Just One More Paragraph "Beyond Molasses Creek" is an engrossing and enjoyable read that was difficult to put down.
Kim at Window To My World This story doesn’t have an overtly strong spiritual message. However, if you come to the story with the understanding that no event in our lives takes God by surprise, and that He uses all things for our good and His glory, then you will appreciate the wholeness of this story.

Lindsay at Live To Read ~Krystal The reader will be absorbed into the book, it is very difficult to put the book down.
Whitney at Rambles of a SAHM From the beginning pages I fell in love with this novel. It reads like a classic Southern fiction tale. The story is beautifully written about a very sad time in our country’s history. Throughout the narrative you are swept between Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and Kathmandu, Nepal. Ms. Seitz’s way with words puts you right in the midst of these complex places. In my opinion this one is going to hang around for a long time.
Edward at Summitt Book Reviews If you’re looking for a book you won’t want to put down, it’s Beyond Molasses Creek. Nicole Seitz takes a unique idea and weaves it into a delightful tale that is a quick and easy read. I whizzed through it and enjoyed every page.
Cindy's Book Reviews Nicole Seitz has a wonderful talent to describe scenes and characters to the point that you can picture them in your mind.

Crystal at Cinnamon Hollow “ Beyond Molasses Creek “, by Nicole Seitz, is one of those books that thoroughly shows you how different lives lived side-by-side, especially in the deep south, can be. It also shows you that cultures around the world can be vastly different yet intertwined at the same time. I was captivated by the characters in this story.
Lydia at The overweight Bookshelf Nicole Seitz is a wordsmith who understand that a single well-placed word can alter the whole feeling of a sentence or tone of dialogue.
Katie at Legacy of a Writer The writing style was well done...vivid and emotion filled. Nicole Seitz did a great job on this—bringing the deep passion and emotions onto the page.
Lauri at Knits Reads and Reviews All in all a good book, the characters were well developed and the plot was interesting. I had fun learning about each of the 3 characters, their personalities, their past, their thoughts and feeling.
Courtney's Chitter Chatter What I loved most about this book was the stories of the past from all these characters and how it affects their futures. I was dying to see how it would all come together!! I loved the growth that we got to experience with Ally and also with Sunila!
Jill at Book, Books Everywhere I loved the mystery presented by the cover and spent quite a bit of time wondering how the three lives were going to come together. As the pieces started to fall into place I really appreciated how faith, doubts, loss and love were woven together into this story about the past and the present and how they fit together.

Carrie at Farming On Faith This book causes much reflection and makes one thankful for the world we live in today.
Kelli at The Zen of Motherhood Nicole Seitz's Beyond Molasses Creek is an aptly named tale. It unfolds smooth, sweet, and slow until you are completely immersed in Ally's story. Ally and Vesey are beautifully developed characters, and Seitz does a masterful job of placing them in the context of their place and time. Beyond Molasses Creek is not a romance; it's a love story that will take you completely by surprise.
Renee at Doorkeeper For me, Ally’s story is a cautionary tale of how choices which begin as temporary fixes for pain or confusion can transform our lives into very sad journeys. I was glad when the threads of hope the author sprinkled throughout this novel eventually blossomed into a joyful ending.
Kathleen at KD Quilts Beyond Molasses Creek is such a unique book in the way Nicole Seitz planned out and wrote the storyline tying together three very different lives.
Lena at A Christian Writer's World Author interview and book giveaway.

Casey at Writing for Christ The novel is a masterful writing creation.
Laurel at Let's Go on a Picnic! I found it to be a very entertaining book with unforgettable characters.
Deb at Just Short of Crazy Not many books cause me to feel the heartbreak of the characters, but Ms. Seitz writes so poetic that you can’t help but feel what the characters are feeling. Just as I felt their torment I also felt their joy. Once I started reading Beyond Molasses Creek I was unable to put it down. I really recommend adding this book to your “to be read” list. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
Maureen's Musings As I got going in this book, I could not put it down. I recommend this as quite an eye opener, and how you want this to end, it most likely doesn't.

Aprils Lifestyle Show Nicole Seitz had me after the first chapter, then you begin to read about Sunila's story and you cannot put the book down. You want this girl to escape and find her roots. You will enjoy this read with it's emotional roller coaster ride.
JHS at Colloquium Every so often a book draws its reader so completely into the story that the reader both wants to read feverishly to find out how the story ends and is simultaneously sad upon reading the last word because that means that the wonderful relationship he/she is enjoying with the characters and their experiences has concluded. Beyond Molasses Creek is precisely such a book.

Michelle at Beyond The Silver and The Gold Nicole Seitz has written a masterful work of art (if it can be called as such) in Beyond Molasses Creek . I've gotten to know each of the characters very well. I lived with their pain and their joy. I cried as they finally discovered their truths. This is a beautiful story of love, self-discovery, friendship and family.
Carlybird's Home Beyond Molasses Creek is a very good book. It is different from many of the books I read and that is a good thing. There is a lot of emotion and a lot of issues to be dealt with, but Nicole does it beautifully.
Kaylea at My Scrappy Life In all, this is an interesting read. This review introduced me to a new writer. I enjoyed Seitz's writing style and plan to look into her other novels.
Deborah at A Bookish Libraria~The Bookish Dame Reviews I recommend this book to those who enjoy an author of intelligence and fine storytelling. And to those who enjoy a woman's story...one with a strong woman character who is capable of overcoming adversity and loss to find her way "home." Like I did, you may come to love the waters of Molasses Creek, and you may find a word of inspiration there.
