  • If you enjoy a good legal case that hums along at a good pace with some good likeable characters then you’ll enjoy Deadly Proof.

  • Using her legal skills Ms. Dylan has you nearly figure out what is going on and then schools you on the truth of bait and switch. I didn’t read this in one sitting but easily could have. You won’t want to miss this legal thrill ride! Highly recommended!!

  • Deadly Proof by Rachel Dylan was an exciting book. This book is one that I knew I was going to like just from reading what the book was about. This book is a genre that I love, and I find that judge books like this one harder than other books because I have read so many.

  • I was offered to review Deadly Proof by Litfuse. This is one I would have picked up because of the cover. Read the back and put in my shopping cart.
Just the kind of story I love. A nice clean suspenseful thriller.
With a little romance thrown in too!

  • My first read of Rachel Dylan. It is quite the entertaining book. Fast paced, sometimes you can get lost in the conversing. She doesn’t waste time on overly describing details and I like that.

  • I really enjoyed my time with Deadly Proof. This was my first Dylan book, but I’m eagerly looking for more.

  • I just love well-developed, strong characters and events that brought out not only risks, but let the love blossom.

It’s a sweet book. I have enjoyed the time reading it. A page-turner for sure.

  • Dylan truly has a way with words. Deadly Proof is book 1 in the Atlanta Justice series and it was absolutely amazing! It’s a fast paced read that I finished within  a couple hours after it arrived. I love how Dylan keeps readers on the edge of their seats and  offers twists and turns that are unexpected.  The characters were unique and well developed. I love how relatable they were. The story was easy to follow and understand without confusion. I highly recommend this read!

  • As author Rachel Dylan weaves this story of corporate greed, medical travesty, and thrilling legal expertise the depth to which corporate greed and criminal intent can go lead the reader through scenes terrifyingly rife with nail-biting realism.

Touched by a bit of romance that softens the harshness of a world gone bad, the book concludes on an uplifting and joyful note.

  • This story is a page-turner from page 1. I was genuinely engaged from the moment I began this book to the very end. Anyone looking a for a fast-paced, action-packed legal thriller, this is definitely the book for you.

  • Best Reads says:

I have such a book hangover! Stayed up until three in the morning because I could not put Deadly Proof down. So I’m all frazzled nerves and discombobulated brain but valiantly trying to put into words how good this book is. And I don’t even like legal thrillers. Mostly because I get so confused by the legal jargon. But Dylan didn’t lose me once. She deftly wove layman descriptions into the technical bits so I totally understood what was happening, why certain procedures were so important and boy, did I learn a lot about the legal system. All seamleslly blended in with the suspense and romance.

  • Kate is trying to prove wrong against a drug company but will she be able to stay safe while doing it. A great suspense book and Christian fiction makes it even better. A little romance was added but did not overtake the story line. Very interesting from start to finish, kept me wondering how it was going to end. Some of the characters had a lot of self conflicts with doing the right thing. I did not figure out the bad guys so well written in that aspect.

  • The book has flare, style and characters that will keep you as the reader interested.

  • This story has a lot more than just legal suspense, though. It’s about proving yourself, and others, that you’re worthy.  Kate Sullivan must stand up for her beliefs and trust her gut.  We all know that’s not easy to do!  To her credit, Kate is up for the challenge.  She took pride in her role as an advocate.  From the negotiating table to dangerous pursuits, she handled herself professionally and courageously.

  • Rachel Dylan, author of “Deadly Proof”, has an excellent grasp of character development. It is hard to believe that Landon and Kate aren’t real people working together to solve a real case. I loved how Dylan allowed them to surrender to their feelings for each other rather than spend the whole book trying to distance themselves from each other while they worked together. It was a refreshing change from those predictable stories where the main characters fight their feelings only to give in at the end. It made it easier to read with only one story line to follow and a little more realistic.

  • I highly recommend everyone to read this book

  • Rachel Dylan, brings us a fast-paced legal thriller with characters that you take an invested interest in and root strongly for. I’m not a detail oriented person, so I appreciated the author shorting some sequences when it was clear what was about to happen. Nothing turns me off of a book as much as fluff does. I could throw terms out like “action-packed” and “suspenseful”, but this book is great for so many

  • Rachel Dylan’s Deadly Proof is the first book of her new “Atlanta Justice” series — and it’s a wonderful page-turner, complete with plot twists that will leave readers guessing until the end. While I’m not normally a big fan of “whodunit” fiction, Dylan’s writing is enough to make me reconsider. Deadly Proof will leave you guessing as to who the bad guys are, because the novel is filled with plot twists that involve murder, dirty corporate tricks and sabotage.

  • Deadly Proof is definitely an impossible-to-put-down book. Well written, suspenseful, and full of all sorts of legal jargon. This is the first book I’ve read by Rachel, but definitely plan to read more of her books! I’ll be passing them on to my daughter, as well.

  • Wow, this books is breathtaking. So full of fast pace suspense that you will not want to put this book down! I had to lay it aside a few times but I pretty much read until I was finished because I had to find out who was behind all of the horrific things that were happening! People killed, disappearing, not talking to authorities, something was going in with Mason Pharmaceutical and they were trying to hid it, any way they could. And Kate Sullivan would do anything in her power to find out just what these people were hiding. But it is not without danger. To Kate and anyone else who gets involved.

  • This was one of those books I just couldn’t put down. Thank you so much, Ms Dylan. I’ve not read any of your previous work, but you’re up there on my list with Lynette Eason.

  • If you’re a fan of John Grisham but would like a cleaner alternative with a message that can strengthen your faith, then you’ll love Rachel Dylan’s Deadly Proof. Strong characters, smart writing, an intriguing and relevant plot, and harrowing suspense and action scenes all combine to make a great read. The Atlanta setting comes alive but doesn’t overwhelm the story, in many ways a background player to a vivid ensemble. Since this is the first in the series, I’m also really interested to see which (if any) of the supporting characters get their chance to shine in the next book.

  • This novel keeps the reader on the edge of his seat waiting for the next attack on Kate and wondering who is involved with whom in this baffling case. I really enjoyed reading this thriller.

  • Deadly Proof is a fast-paced, well-written legal thriller that I couldn’t put down. I wasn’t exactly in the mood to read when I started to read this novel, but I was hooked by the end of the first paragraph. The author has a wonderful way with descriptions, so the narration-style appealed to me right away. Both the main characters, Kate and Landon, are interesting and the romance between them seemed real.

Overall, I enjoyed reading Deadly Proof and I recommend it to other readers.

  • Cara Putman says:

If you’re a reader who loves a good suspense, then you want to check out Deadly Proof. In this novel, Kate Sullivan is stepping into the challenging role of lead counsel for a major class action lawsuit. She’ll have her hands full managing that case. Then a prospective witness is killed, and she begins to wonder what’s really going on. There’s a thread of romance, intrigue, and investigation propelling the story forward to a satisfying resolution. It’s a perfect read for those who enjoy a romance with more.

  • I don’t read many suspense novels because it’s not my favorite genre, but I enjoyed this one a lot. The legal side of things did not feel over my head, the pacing was good, and the characters were never predictable. I would definitely read more from this author in the future!

  • Deadly Proof is a fast-paced drama that keeps readers biting their nails, glued to the pages, keeping them on the edge of their seat.  When it is least expected, something else happens to leave readers wondering what will happen next. There are twists that readers can’t see coming. This is the first book I’ve read by Rachel Dylan, but I definitely plan to read more of her books including the rest in this series! I’m looking forward with great anticipation to Book 2!

  • A gripping legal thriller, “Deadly Proof” has just the right mix of twist and turns and believable characters. It maybe fictional but there are elements of truth in it for real world happenings. Rachel Dylan’s newest book is a page turner! Can’t wait for sequel.

  • Overall, I enjoyed this. The characters were likable and the story was sweet, but I also did want more development in some areas.

  • This is the first book I have read by this author, and it won’t be the last! Her expertise in legal matters shines and the amount of work involved in preparing a case for trial certainly is evident.

  • If you enjoy a read with you heart in your throat, this one will probably do it. You never knew when the next shoe would drop, and just when you feel safe, boom or grab. People are murdered or just disappear, and why, greed seems to be the answer here.

  • Legal thriller Deadly Proof book one in the Atlanta Justice series by Rachel Dylan is an immediate success. From page one, Dylan pulls readers in with her characters and the intense lawsuit underway. This story is full of ongoing fast-paced suspense and mystery that will keep readers on the edge of their seat waiting to see what happens next, especially when twists and turns that aren’t expected take place. Although not a main theme in the novel, there is also a touch of romance. This is an intense and captivating read that contemporary fiction and mystery lovers will definitely want to add to their collection.

  • With everything going on in the news today, it seems there are so many subject to make the premise of a novel for inspiring authors. I was immediately drawn to Rachel Dylan’s latest novel, Deadly Proof, because her main character Kate Sullivan is a lawyer drawn to help her clients against those with more money to finance a winning defense team. It was always my own personal desire to do just that, become a lawyer to fight for those who couldn’t afford a higher price attorney. Makes you wonder just how true this story-line is!

  • Where do I begin? Romance, suspense, thrills wrapped up in a legal bow. It was a well done story. I learned quite a bit about the legal world from an admirable heroine. It kept me guessing because the evil that I thought I knew was not what I thought at all. I loved it.

  • I really enjoyed this one! The characters were well-developed and compelling. The story line was interesting and believable. I liked the fast pace and the occasional curve balls thrown the main character in her lawsuit.

There is a sweet romance, although it’s not the central focus of the story. And it’s Christian fiction where the characters talk about their personal relationships with Christ, but it doesn’t come across as preachy.

  • This is one book you must read if you love thrillers with greed, secrets, danger , lies , and learning to trust. I will be anxiously awaiting the next book in this well written series.

  • Murder, suspense, and a love connection–count me in! Deadly Proof starts off with high intensity action and drama that doesn’t stop until the last page.

I was drawn in by the main character, Kate, as she rallied for justice for her victims. Rather than take the bait and blow off the case underhandedly, she followed the rules and did everything above board on the case. (Lawyers and honesty? What a concept!) I especially liked how honest and open she was about how God has used her wayward past to make her into the compassionate woman she is in the story. You can see His love in her actions and I love it when the characters live out their faith.

  • I wish I had a bunch of positive things to say about this book, but I cannot pretend I enjoyed it. This is an extremely difficult review to write, because I dislike being negative about any author’s hard work. I know how many hours and emotions and commitment go into writing a novel, and I appreciate the passion and effort and time that go into every book I read, even those that weren’t a good fit for my reading taste.

  • Deadly Proof is book one from Rachel Dylan’s whole new series, Atlanta Justice. This is the first book I have read by this author and it will not be the last. I thought it was pretty good. They mystery and suspense kept me turning the pages. Kate and Landon make a great team. I can not wait to see what will happen in the next installment in this series.

  • Not a terrible novel, but not very fast paced or suspenseful of a novel.

  • Overall, I did like it and I plan to read the next book in the series. I would recommend it if you like legal fiction.

  • This is the first book in a new series. I really liked this because it not only focuses on the case but it also delves into the characters lives as well and not just the main character but into the other characters that would be considered as secondary.

  • It’s been a long, long time since I’ve read a legal thriller, and Deadly Proof was a good re-introduction to the genre. The pacing seemed just right, as the jeopardy to the characters increased in tandem with how entrenched they became in their position either for the plaintiff or defendant.

  • Rachel Dylan’s Deadly Proof is a superbly written legal thriller. Readers are sure to bond with Dylan’s flawed and relatable main characters, Kate and Landon. Both bear the scars of their past, both strive to move forward, and both yearn to be better than who they once were.

  • While Rachel Dylan’s first book, Deadly Proof, in the Atlanta Justice series a good story, this one just wasn’t my favorite.

More often than not I felt as if I was being “told” things rather than “shown” (I know this is a hard line to follow). The romance between our two main characters felt a little rushed—which probably wouldn’t have been terrible (it is fiction, and there is only so many pages to fill in a good romance), but I didn’t really connect with any of the characters.

  • EmpowerMoms says:

“Deadly Proof” was an awesome, fast paced, legal Christian thriller. I really enjoyed reading it! The characters were great, the story was well written-not predictable at all.

Because of my legal background, I understand alot of the emotional stress that the attorneys and associates were under and the choices they have to make daily between right and wrong while fighting on behalf of their clients.

  • The characters are all well developed and the plot is entertaining. The author weaves in a thread of faith throughout the story.
Deadly Proofs verdict-this has been an enjoyable read and I look forward to the next book in this series.

  • This has been one of the best books I’ve read in a long time! It’s a fun mystery with just the right amount of suspense for me! Plus I was fooled at the end I didn’t guess who did it! Which is amazing because normally I know straight away. It’s not full of all that junk stuff I don’t want my kids to read so Boo got to read it too which is nice! She really enjoyed it as well.

  • The issues at stake are topical, thoughtful and could be taken from the front page of any newspaper. The plot and characters held my interest and I am pleased that Deadly Proof is the start of a new series. Eager to get to become better acquainted Kate and Landon in the future.

  • In summary, I loved that Kate Sullivan is a strong and intelligent heroine with a good ethical and spiritual background. Both Kate and Landon, deal with darkness in their lives, The plot of this novel is tense with characters that are well defined. It was a worthy read with a thrilling and spiritual touch throughout the entire book.

  • Deadly Proof has great Christian themes throughout it, and especially of trusting God, and forgiveness. The book is an exciting read that kept me on the edge of my seat, and groaning when I had to put the book aside to do other things that needed done. The book had an excellent ending that left me wanting more, and also left me wanting to read more by this author. This is a truly awesome read that I was sorry to see end.

  • Will they ever get to the trial or will others get killed to stop this? Will Kate be the next in line to die?

  • For anyone who is a fan of legal thrillers this book is a must read. I was excited to find another Christian author who dives into the legal world and really brings it to life. I loved how fast pace and quick this book moved, it was very hard to put down! The characters were likable and engaging, you really want them to get to the bottom of the corruption that is going on! I liked how the romance was not the main focus of the book and that there was plenty going on , however there was enough romance to make it satisfying. Well written and spellbinding this book was an excellent read that I highly recommend!

  • I enjoyed reading Deadly Proof. Dylan writes memorable characters and her research and presentation of the legal aspects of the medical malpractice case appear impeccable. Kate and Landon became real characters to me-the dialog realistic. I so loved the action and the interaction among all the characters-good and bad. I hated to see the book end, and I was happy to see Deadly Proof is only Book One in the Atlanta Justice series.

  • Rachel Dylan was a new author to me. I enjoyed the first book in Dylan’s Atlanta Justice series, Deadly Proof. She drops readers into the middle of a fast-paced suspenseful story on the first page and keeps their attention with well-developed characters and twists and turns that kept me turning the pages. I couldn’t figure this one out and read may scenes literally on the edge of my seat. This is not a book to start before bedtime unless the reader plans to read the night away! This series will have a place on my keeper shelf for sure.

  • “Deadly Proof” by author Rachel Dylan is the beginning of her new series. Kate Sullivan is a lawyer who has to prove that Mason Pharmaceutical has a problem because of a new drug. When someone is found dead she knows that she has to find out fast who the killer is. Landon James is a private investigator who she has hired to help her

  • This book is chock full of suspense and danger. I like how the romance and the spiritual aspect are woven into the story but not overly cheesy. I did think some of the legal parts made my brain spin because I don’t know a lot about that kind of stuff, but I think it was necessary for this book to make sense. I really like the characters and the storyline.

  • Deadly Proof by Rachel Dylan is a legal thriller and is the first novel in her new Atlanta Justice series. The storyline is fairly fast-paced and interesting, but somewhat predictable at times. The plot includes instances of mystery, suspense, legal drama, and some romance.

  • If you like courtroom drama – and books about the legal system you would really enjoy book one of this new series. Always a good one from Rachel.

  • This book captured my attention and kept it until the end. There were many twists and turns that I had to read slowly, and sometimes go back a few pages, to make sure I didn’t miss anything. The details that the author included made me feel like I was part of the action. If you like to read page turners and good legal suspense, check this book out. It was very enjoyable and I look forward to reading the other books in this series as they are released.

  • This was my first book by Rachel Dylan but will not be my last. Love a good legal thriller and this fit the bill. Kate Sullivan is a female lead to be inspired by. She is strong and her faith is a huge part of who she is. Landon James is a great male counterpart. This book is fast paced and realistic. I’m so glad there is going to be a 2nd in the series!

  • Deadly Proof was a great story and a real page-turner!  I enjoyed the legal aspects of the story since I really love legal thrillers.  I enjoyed the light sprinkling of romance, it was perfect, not too much, enough to keep you interested!!

  • This is a new genre for me, but I’m really enjoying it! Deadly Proof is definitely as suspenseful as described. The characters are interesting and developed and the reader will find it hard to put down this book once begun!

  • Filled with suspense and danger, this fast-paced book will keep you up reading at night. A definite page-turner.

  • I truly loved this amazing book and highly recommend it. Get your copy today and get to reading!
